How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click on the ‘Lost your password?’ link on your My Account page when you go to login.

  • Click / tap “My Account”
  • Click / tap the login button
  • Click / tap “Lost Your Password”

You’ll be prompted to enter your username or email and click on the ‘Reset Password’ button.

You should then receive an email with a link that takes you to a page for entering a new password.

What happens if I purchased the same thing twice?

We understand that sometimes you might end up making the same purchase more than once. If that happens, make sure you send us an email at moc.a2ca@regor and we’ll add a store credit to your account, for the amount you paid for the most recent purchase.

Store credits do not expire, so you’ll be able to use it for any purchase in the future – even on sale items!

Contact us with 48 hours and we’ll apply a credit to your account, for that duplicate amount.
